At Bob Jane T-Marts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel and footwear in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique return authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
